My job as a therapist is to empower my clients to be the best versions of themselves. I accomplish this by embracing each of my clients with kindness and lack of judgement. I have over 30 years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings treating clients with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, couples and marriage counseling, substance use disorders, and trauma to name a few.
