I work with children and adolescents, ages 5-18, who struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety, and self-confidence. I help them navigate challenges, build resilience, and improve relationships with family and peers. Additionally, I support individuals and couples, guiding them in strengthening connections, managing emotions, and fostering growth. My goal is to help clients develop emotional awareness, feel more confident, and learn coping strategies to thrive in life, school, and relationships.
