I work with people who want support with anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, past trauma, or dream work. I work well with folks who have a desire to know themselves in a deeper way. In therapy we create a space to pay attention to changes that may be trying to occur in your life, both internally and externally. We will look to the past to attend to any neglected pain, and nurture new growth, vitality, and possibilities for the future. Much of our pain is not just individual, but is connected to our collective and ancestral histories. Acknowledging this larger context can help bring insight, compassion, and belonging. My style is warm, approachable, collaborative, intuitive and archetypal. I'm trained primarily in depth psychology, and specifically in the tradition of Carl G. Jung. I encourage clients to bring their night dreams to therapy as they are an invaluable source from the unconscious that can give direction for our work, support growth, and illuminate meaning.
