I work at Ann Arbor Therapy & Testing, formerly CNLD Testing & Therapy. My goal for therapy is to build awareness, understanding, and new skills. In our work together, I incorporate a strength-based, relationship focused perspective into your treatment. I believe a positive working alliance can lead to increased awareness, compassion, and acceptance toward yourself and others. I am comfortable providing services to clients from diverse populations, social economic groups, and education levels. Together, we can explore ways to increase coping skills, provide mental clarity, and explore workable strategies leading to positive change.
