Hello, my name is Armand Carel Ntwari. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with almost 3 years of experience as a therapist. I help my clients navigate issues of anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship issues and complex trauma. The treatment modalities that I mostly apply are CBT, DBT, Solution focused Brief Therapy, Person Centered and parts work. I enjoy helping my clients improve their quality of life through guiding them to a more fulfilling, joyful and peaceful lifestyle.
