I enjoy helping people navigate through the complexities of life as they work towards becoming their best self. For over a decade I have supported people with improving relationships with others (and themselves) while managing & reducing symptoms related to trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, suicidal ideation, ADHD, and addiction. While some come to therapy with established goals in mind, others just know that they want help. I utilize a strengths based approach to identify personal goals and to overcome obstacles that may be in the way.
