I am a pre-licensed social worker (ACSW) who works with adolescents & older adults on a variety of mental health issues. I have more than 10 years of experience in providing mental health therapy to children, women, & families. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, parenting struggles, past trauma/abuse. I enjoy working with my clients in exploring & identifying problems from childhood & understanding how problematic patterns continue in their adult life. I help empower clients make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach to therapy is integrative & collaborative.
