I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California, with a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California and over 17 years of experience providing mental health care. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, chronic illness, postpartum adjustment, relationship struggles, behavioral challenges, and life or career transitions. I tailor my approach to each client’s needs, using evidence-based, cognitive, and psychodynamic therapies. I provide a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions, identify patterns, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
