I help couples work through the heavy stressors that show up as a constant in their lives by working towards a plan that best suits their personality and goals. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, sex-related issues, grief and loss, insecurities and shame, communication issues, anger management, and much more. I believe that every individual and story is unique and personal, but I also believe that we are not alone and do not have to face these issues by ourselves. Reaching out is the first and more powerful step towards finding healing and hope.
