Welcome to the practice of a highly experienced therapist who brings warmth and empathy to helping people address their conflicts. A former Social Work Associate Professor at Fordham University, I bring an array of tools to address anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, marital stress and other concerns. A 25 year practitioner of (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, we can address a wide range of issues from Posttraumatic Stress to phobias, social anxiety and performance enhancement. Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic approaches are blended into a style that most people will enjoy and have confidence in.
