Hi, my name is Arnzie Johnson LCSW and I love engaging in solution-focused care with my clients. I truly believe that when options are explored, it increases your mood and the ability to engage well with others. I use CBT and solution-focused therapy to assist with all areas of life. My typical client would be those struggling with mild depression and life situations. I would say I am a mildly spoken individual. I allow the client to set their goals, and we work on how to achieve those goals. I truly like to listen to situations and find what will work best for the client.
