We all need a little help sometimes. You are not seeking therapy because everything is going well—you are seeking support because something hurts inside. You may feel anxious, depressed, hopeless, lost, or scared. You might be grieving, struggling with low self-esteem, or feeling unsure of who you are. You may even feel broken, especially when the things that used to help no longer seem to work. Everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to be heard and supported through their darkest moments. My goal is to provide a space to walk alongside you rather than tell you who to be or how to feel. You do not have to do this alone. Together, we will collaborate on what feels right and sustainable for you as you make meaningful changes. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches to support clients navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and the impact of marginalization. I am also one of the few therapists in Wichita formally trained to do Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
