This is often the root of conflict for us, right? There is a part of us that is curious and open to change. Yet as we strive to live in concert with our beliefs and values — with high hopes to evolve, to be seen, known, and understood — some elusive, habituated roadblocks reappear. I'm a MA-level, body-centered psychotherapist, with in-depth training in Art Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, the Hakomi method & Somatic EMDR.
