I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship, and family issues. I use the compassion I developed through my broad professional experience to help my clients accept and work through deep emotions as a part of living. My ultimate goal for my clients is to help them live authentically by tapping into their personal meaning so they can be who they are, and not a version of who others may want them to be. I have broad career experience: Advertising executive, high school baseball coach, life design trainer, and staff therapist at Saint Mary’s College of California Counseling and Psychological Services department. In all of these roles, I used empathy to understand where people are and help them work through whatever challenges they may be facing.
