Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. I’m a board-certified clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience and nearly 10 years of active-duty service in the U.S. Air Force. I see individuals (16+) and couples, drawing from the Gottman Method and other evidence-based approaches. My approach is integrative and holistic, focusing on the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing.
