I view therapy as a collaborative process between the practitioner and the client. Together we will work to process and investigate situations, narratives and patterns that you wish to better understand or transform. Compassion, non-judgement and an understanding of the diverse backgrounds and experiences of my clients are at the center of my therapeutic approach. I aim to work with clients to identify which therapy models and tools best fit your needs. I believe that we are the experts in our own healing journey and I wish to facilitate a space where you can access and organize the knowledge you hold.
