I enjoy working with adults of all backgrounds, who are curious about themselves, and respond to my view that problems, in and of themselves, do not need to be a source of shame or self-blame. Beginning with my graduate studies three decades ago, I am interested in family of origin experiences, relationships, and traumas, and their impact upon one’s adult relationships, self-esteem, resiliencies, attitudes, and perspectives on life. My approach includes relational, cognitive, trauma-informed, strength-based, and integrative approaches, tailored towards the mastery of longstanding areas of suffering and life challenge.
