I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples on a wide variety of life challenges and productively moving forward in their lives. My approach is supportive and empathic in helping clients recognize their own needs and strengths, and feel more optimistic about their future. I work to help people develop greater trust in themselves and others, and in doing so achieve greater self-confidence and healthy self-assertion. Over the years, I have seen considerable benefit in focusing on what is felt within the therapeutic relationship as a valuable source of understanding and discovering possibilities for change.
