My name is Ben Zinke and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Idaho (LMFT-9757). My approach to therapy is open, honest, relaxed, encouraging, and educational. I enjoy empowering clients to meet their goals and get the most out of their lives. I typically work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life adjustments, grief and loss, and career struggles. My therapy tends to be relaxed and conversational. This tends to make clients feel more comfortable even if they have never tried therapy before.
