I am a Mexican-American, Spanish-speaking therapist. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I consider culture as an integral part of who we are and take pride in being mindful, compassionate, and respectful in considering one’s cultural background. Knowing how difficult it is to ask for help when struggling with life’s issues, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where I can work alongside my clients, helping to minimize feelings of guilt, shame, and hopelessness so that individuals can process their stories and past trauma.
