I am a Doctoral-Level Clinician (Pre-Licensed) practicing under supervision at 5 Essex Green Drive in Peabody, MA. I specialize in anxiety and OCD treatment. I have 10 years of experience training in a variety of settings including 5 years at McLean Hospital. I use a client-centered behavioral approach through a humanistic lens. The structure of my therapy focuses on the mind-body connection and implementing a routine of skills to better cope with distress. I truly believe that relationships heal and the goal of my work is to create a strong rapport that helps guide an individual towards more helpful ways of managing their symptoms.
