I work with adults individually and in couples and relationships. I approach therapy as an active and collaborative process that supports you to connect with your desires. Together, we untangle social and emotional knots: conflicts that take form in your relationships and within yourself. We ask honest questions and attune to the interplay between what is personally felt and collectively shared. Over time, we attend to the roots of struggles to bring about meaningful connections and change. When appropriate, I meet with caregivers on a regular basis we determine together. I draw from my experience working in schools and from my training in psychoanalytic practice, social work, and education.
