I’m an independently licensed therapist with over six years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges. I bring a warm, grounded, and integrative approach rooted in both academic training and real world practice. I hold two master’s degrees, one in Mental Health Counseling and the other in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition, allowing me to combine emotional insight with nutritional understanding. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and complex family dynamics. I have a deep understanding of the unique needs of those raised by emotionally unavailable or narcissistic parents, and I support clients in rebuilding self-trust, resilience, and healthier relationships.
