My name is Ash (they/them), a licensed mental health counselor based out of NYS. I practice from a client-centered, strengths-based approach and primarily work with the LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, and non-monogamous communities. I hear what you want to work on in life and help build upon your existing strengths to make your desired changes. You are the expert of your experience and as a guide I am here to assist you in reflecting upon those experiences and making connections; providing knowledgeable feedback. And when needed, challenging you to acknowledge your potential and reach new heights. Therapy is what you want, and need, it to be.
