I work with couples, often parents, who deeply desire to enjoy their lives together, but find conflict is holding them back. They often struggle to divide responsibilities in a way that seems "fair," and see resentment and blame creeping into their relationships. Many of my clients find themselves caught in cycles of conflict, repeating the same arguments again and again. Despite these challenges, they often hold onto a hope that things can be different. I see my work as helping clients re-create relationships that are strong enough to support them even in the most difficult of times.
