Life can be overwhelming and sometimes challenging to handle on our own. Often healing is needed to help us navigate the things beyond our control. In therapy, I hope to create a sense of belonging. I believe every life has intrinsic worth and deserves a sense of belonging. Creating a place where this is felt and believed, where one is seen and heard, is a place where healing can begin. I utilize a relational approach in therapy, as I believe an authentic therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is key. I strive to provide a warm space in which clients feel safe, valued, and heard.
