As the founder of ANB Therapy, I specialize in a holistic and culturally attuned approach to mental health, with a focus on supporting South Asian and Asian clients. My Indian heritage, combined with my upbringing in Dubai and my move to New York to earn my Ed.M. and M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, has deeply shaped how I approach therapy. These experiences help me integrate a whole-being approach to wellness that nurtures both the mind and body.
