I believe that the most important indicator of success in therapy is ensuring that clients feel heard, respected, and that they have the space to discuss whatever they wish. I work to build a foundation of trust and believe that a collaborative approach in therapy is key. My approach is collaborative, providing guidance and gentle challenges to the client when therapeutically necessary. I am comfortable using a variety of treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) as well as mediums (talk therapy, art therapy, movement therapy, pet therapy, etc.) that best suit each client.
