About

In my practice, I have seen that a lot of emotional suffering comes from losing touch with our true selves and the innate wisdom and strength that can help lead us forward. This can happen from traumatic experiences in childhood or adult life, societal forces, or not getting the support we need in many ways to grow into who we really are. Together, we can rediscover your own inner confidence and knowing by working through old feelings and experiences with compassionate awareness, understanding your core dynamics and how they are impacting your life currently, and finding new, more aligned, ways to be in life and in relationships. Better understanding our whole selves through self-reflection, rather than trying to push away the bad and grasp after the good, is the key to emotional regulation and to being able to engage more successfully in all of our endeavors, from love and friendships to work and creative pursuits.
