Welcome to Allied Psychotherapy Group Practice! I am a dedicated therapist who is passionate about psychotherapy and its benefits. It can be hard to ask for help; especially when you feel sad or are struggling. These feelings can interfere with day to day life and accomplishing goals we set for ourselves. Psychotherapy can help us deal with difficult situations and feelings through collaborative work. We can develop coping mechanisms and skills to help you through your challenges. I’m passionate about helping each person figure out their unique path and I will adapt the therapy to help you work towards your goals.
