I love working with people of all ages. Are you dealing with difficult life changes? Have you experienced a significant loss in your life? Are you having trouble feeling motivated and being present? If so, you are an ideal client for me to work with. I enjoy walking with people through life's struggles and challenges. I am here to help! I work to empower clients by helping you reconnect with your own inner strengths and values. I believe each person has an innate drive toward growth, belonging, and purpose. My role is to create a supportive space where you feel safe to explore your story. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors. I have done crisis work for the past 16 years and am now on my way to becoming a licensed counselor. My areas of focus are grief, trauma, anxiety, addiction, and depression. I work from an person-centered theoretical model and use techniques from the Internal Family Systems framework.
