About
Are you a parent worried about your teen? Or a young adult feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? You may notice your teen pulling away, struggling with anxiety, identity questions, or pressure to perform. As a parent, you might feel helpless, unsure how to support them as they push back or shut down. Or maybe you’re a young adult, in college or out on your own, navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, or the weight of expectations. You may carry not only your own struggles, but also family patterns, intergenerational trauma, or cultural pressures that make it hard to trust yourself or feel fully seen. I work with adolescents and young adults from diverse backgrounds, especially those who identify as people of color or mixed. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, identities, and inner conflicts. My approach integrates mindfulness, somatic, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), all with a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens.
