I work with kids, teens, and adults navigating social relationships, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma. I have specialized training in childhood and adolescent mental health and love helping families grow stronger. As a neurodivergent thinker, I’m passionate about supporting others in embracing their own neurodivergence. My space is LGBTQIA+ affirming, inclusive, and designed for real humans—not perfection. I offer modified play therapy techniques, as well as talk therapy from a trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral background. I have 8 years experience as a foster parent and am now an adoptive parent.
