Accepting new clients. Life gives us various hardships and trials. By seeking counseling I can help you navigate life's challenges, while personally growing in mental, emotional, and physical health. My therapeutic style is relaxed while remaining engaged and focused on client progress. While I enjoy working with individuals and couples, I particularly have a passion for working with teens and families. I utilize a family system approach, which encourages sessions with parents and children, alone and together. Most recently, I had the privilege of working for the CC Fire Department, serving the firefighters and their families.
