I specialize in working with first responders, law enforcement, and federal employees and provide individual and family treatment. I am an informed, experienced therapist in active-duty military and veteran cultures. I work best with clients who are ready to take an active role in their treatment and are receptive to interventions that require work both in and outside of the therapy room. I see myself more as a skilled "coach" who will assist you in developing the skills necessary to be your own therapist. You will find that I bring myself into the room and that I use creativity and humor to tackle your treatment goals.
