By fostering this connection we hope to not only survive, but thrive in life through healthy attachment and connection. I provide trauma-informed services to help clients heal, grow, and break down barriers to change. Therapy is client-centered and provided at a safe and comfortable pace, with confidentiality and care. I specialize in treating trauma & PTSD, sexual violence/abuse, family violence, intimate partner violence, depression, anxiety, and work to help clients learn new coping skills to help them flourish. I have a heart for providing services to adults, women, the LGBTQ+ community. I am trained and specialize in Attachment Focused EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing.
