Hi there, I’m Ash. I’ve been a licensed therapist in New York State for nine years and have worked in the mental health field for more than sixteen years in a variety of roles. I bring a laid-back, down-to-earth style to my work and use a supportive, open, and collaborative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques to help people create the lives they want.
