I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. My approach is warm and direct, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection with ourselves, with others, and within systems in which we belong. I look at the whole picture: your relationships, family and cultural background, community, health, and lived experiences. Whether I’m working with you one-on-one or with others in your life, I believe that the more of your world we can bring into the conversation, the more meaningful the change can be.
