In addition to having my Masters in Counseling and Psychotherapy, I attended Southwestern College's Trauma, Grief and Renewal Certificate Program where I became a Certified Grief Counselor. I am devoted to a compassionate and person-centered approach. I take my client's lead and am happy to provide the lead if they feel lost. I continue to study with my teachers, Rev. Dr. Ted Wiard, José Stevens and I am inspired by the work of Dr. Judith Orloff. I work with people to integrate their losses, honor where they are now and practice presence now as a way to further their ability to be present through each future moment that they may fear or long for.
