We will examine patterns of behaviors, how to have boundaries with others and tips to cope with life stressors better. I work with women throughout various points of life transitions including- infertility, pregnancy, adoption, postpartum mood concerns and loss. I also can help support adults with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD and relationship/family conflicts and concerns. I have over 10 years of experience working with a variety of clients and have learned that each person’s personal growth journey is beautiful. I would love to learn about you and your goals and work together to meet these goals. I am certified in perinatal mental health and have experience navigating relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
