I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered with the intent of honoring each client’s unique experiences. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their concerns and working toward meaningful change. With over 10 years of experience, I have provided therapy to individuals, families, and groups within outpatient, school-based, residential, and remote telehealth settings. I have extensive experience supporting clients navigate struggles with anxiety, depression, relationships, neurodivergence, oppositional behaviors, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
