I am a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with experience treating couples, families, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, trauma, spiritual abuse, pregnancy, postpartum, life transitions, relationships, and behavioral concerns. I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. As a mother of three and a child of teen pregnancy, my personal and professional experiences have given me a deep understanding of different backgrounds and challenges. I know firsthand what it feels like to come from nothing and, at times, to feel like nothing.
