I enjoy supporting clients through anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I create a warm, supportive space where people feel heard, challenged, and empowered. While I specialize in perinatal mental health, I welcome a wide range of concerns and love helping clients reconnect with themselves and build the life they want.
