Hello! My name is Ashley Allen. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field in a community agency setting. I have extensive history working with children and families in-community crisis interventions providing case management, psycho-education and out-patient psychotherapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Solution Focused Approach to work attentively and compassionately with my clients in order to help them achieve their goals.
