Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) based in Michigan, but I also serve individuals in Virginia. I received my Master's from Widener University in 2021. I have worked in many different settings, providing mental health treatment to individuals. Some of these settings are inpatient behavioral health units, outpatient group therapy programs, and community-based settings. I have a wide array of treatment models that I have learned over the years, utilizing these with my clients to help them explore their thoughts and feelings while providing a healing environment. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan to work through in follow-up sessions. My philosophy for every session is that we are 2 people having a human experience.
