Forming genuine human relationships and collaboratively working with clients toward meeting their personal goals to live a happier, healthier and fulfilling life is one of my greatest passions. I have special interest in working with young adults going through life stages of change. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based and customized to each client's needs using a combination of modalities. I have Master's of Science in Forensic Psychology and experience that includes working with individuals of all ages struggling with mental health and substance use ailments. I have significant experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and those struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, behavioral addictions, and invisible illnesses.
