My practice encompasses those navigating ADHD, AuDHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work with people facing life transitions and relationship challenges—new parenthood, non-traditional partnership structures, family conflicts, and stress of the psycho-emotional toll imposed on us by colonial and capitalist pressures. We’re often conditioned to internalize systemic issues as personal failings, leading to self-blame and doubt. I’m here as both a grounding presence and resource connector. Together, we’ll reclaim your narrative, question harmful conditioning, and unlock clarity, empowering you to adapt and live a life more at ease.
