As a counselor it is my goal to create a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable sharing their struggles, and empowered to reach their goals. I provide therapy for adolescents (11+) and adults. I utilize a holistic approach to counseling that considers the whole person including emotional, psychological, physiological, and other environmental factors to help you create and reach your individual goals. I offer support, guidance, and structure so that clients can feel empowered to discover personalized solutions within themselves.
