My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a comprehensive background in psychology, communication, and counseling. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from Aquinas College and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Michigan State University (MSU). I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Beck Institute, and have received formal training and certification in Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). During our first session we will begin to build our rapport and gather an idea of what brings you to therapy and what you hope will be different for you as a result.
