I am pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University and serving as a therapist intern at Profound Peace Psychotherapy Collective. My work is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and a deeply client-centered approach. I am especially passionate about supporting Black women, particularly mothers ages 20-29, who are navigating depression or anxiety, and the weight of daily life, while often putting others first. Children ages 8-17 who have been impacted by parental substance use. Also, teen athletes who are trying to navigate the love of sports but lack mental support.
